		<description>were you smoking something when this bright idea came to mind?   lets see... it would have to be moving pretty slow to be safe enough to get on to..  like the moving floors you find at some airports.. which would be more of an inconvenience then a benefit... most people walk faster then those things move.
then theres an issue with getting to where u are trying to go... would these &quot;rolling roads&quot; allow you to turn off onto other ones like real roads or would you have to get off one and walk to another?

not to mention your vehicle offers protection from the weather while traveling... how exposed would these roads be?

im not necassarily saying its a stupid idea... its just not very practical.. it seems very limited in its uses and would be a bigger hinderance then sitting in traffic a few mins a day...</description>
