What subject attracts the most traffic to a website?

I was thinking, there are some subjects that attract more than others. What do you think is the best traffic building subject?

Travel is one of, if not the most searched word on the internet

A good subject would be a poll or a tutorial.

Traffic to your site is based on interest. So whatever people are most interested is going to be looked up the most in search engines. However you have a lot more traffic to compete with because everyone wants to do the most popular thing. You can however get specific traffic to whatever your site is about if you know the right tools.
